• Individuals who have previously been banned from bc999.

• bc999 employees and their immediate family members.

bc999 reserves the right to verify a member's age. If verification reveals the member is underage, any winnings will be forfeited.

4. Payments & Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bc999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support with the transaction ID of the relevant payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

bc999's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games is stated in the terms of each offer.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• bc999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. Please contact support to request account closure.
